Fireplace, cable and smart TVs, board games, books, and a full sofa sleeper. This is the room most people remember — space to sit after a ski day without living on top of each other.

Kitchen

Full kitchen: fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, Crockpot, toaster, and cooking basics. Trash bags and paper towels are stocked.

Dining

Indoor dining for the group, plus a deck with outdoor dining when the weather holds.

Bedroom 1 — King

Upstairs. Private bedroom with vaulted ceiling.

Downstairs suite. Stairs not required for this room.

Bedroom 3 — Twin/full bunk + twin futon

Twin/full bunk plus a twin futon. Stairs are required to reach this suite. Pack-n-play / crib available.

Three bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and iron. One bath has a jetted tub. There is no community hot tub and no pool.

In-unit stacked washer and dryer. Useful after ski days and muddy summer rides.

Attached garage for one car, driveway for one, street parking for two. 110V EV outlet. In winter the garage is the difference between scraping a windshield and walking inside with dry boots.

Deck

Outdoor dining off the condo. Pine around you. No shared hot tub, no clubhouse — just the deck that comes with the home.
