A private mountain home in Fraser — not an OTA listing with a clubhouse pitch. Jen and her family live in Colorado and host this condo themselves, with Evolve managing the calendar.
Space for a full group
1,810 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Ten people without stacking luggage in a hallway.
A real kitchen
Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, Crockpot, toaster, and basics. Cook at the condo instead of eating out every night.
Garage in winter
One-car attached garage, plus driveway and street parking. Load skis out of the weather. 110V EV outlet on site.
Laundry after ski days
Stacked washer and dryer in the unit. Hang gear, wash layers, go again.
Dogs allowed
Up to two dogs. $100 pet fee per stay plus tax. No cats unless the owners approve. Dogs cannot be left unattended if they bark.
Fraser, not the base area
Quieter, cheaper than staying on the mountain. Free shuttle nearby to Winter Park Resort, 6 miles / about 7 minutes by car. Restaurants and breweries a mile away in downtown Fraser.
Dogs are welcome. Cats are not, unless we say yes.
Up to 2 dogs. Pet fee $100 per stay plus tax. Dogs must not be left unattended if they bark. This is a residential Fraser building — we take that seriously, and we state it on the house rules page.

Access, honestly
Step-free entry to the main living area and at least one bedroom and bath on the main level. Stairs are required for one bedroom suite. If anyone in your group cannot do stairs, say so in the request and we will tell you exactly which rooms sit on which level.
