Before you write

Is this instant booking?: No. You request; we confirm. That is how we stay below OTA prices and keep the house a home.
Can I see if a week is free?: When the iCal feed is connected, held nights show on the calendar. Until then, request the dates — we check Evolve the same day.
We have a special request.: Use the special-request option: crib, extra dog (owner approval), no stairs, early check-in, a reunion. Ask. We will say yes or no plainly.
